Obama's birth stirs legal action in Washington

Posted at 4:48 pm by Jerry Cornfield

Is Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama a natural born U.S. citizen.

His critics and his foes have spent a good deal of time raising doubt and spreading rumors that he’s not.

Today, Steve Marquis of Fall City
filed a lawsuit in King County Superior Court directing Secretary of State Sam Reed to get the proof – or remove Obama’s name from ballots.

Here is his press release.

He argues in a 30-page document:

“To avert likely civil unrest and a constitutional crisis…this complaint seeks to resolve such complaints prior to the election. It was incumbent on the candidates to present such documentation, but to date Mr. Obama has failed to do so.

Obama sought to put down this pesty rumor when he posted a picture of his birth certificate online here.

The respected FactCheck.org run by the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania examined the document and concluded here that there’s no doubt he was born in Hawaii in 1961.

Reed forwarded the matter to the Attorney General’s Office. Ballots are still slated to be mailed this week.

Who is Marquis?

In his words, from his Web site.

Obama Lawsuit
The WA suit is the 2nd of FOUR lawsuits seeking Obama's true citizenship status!

Philip Berg's suit started it all. This is an excellent 2nd front on the battle (and it is a BATTLE) to obtain information on Obama's eligibility to serve as POTUS. This is information that you or I could produce within 24 hours! Yet he refuses to release these documents, (which would terminate these lawsuits immediately) and instead files motions to dismiss, supress, and delay!

For more in depth info about this suit, the Berg suit and other vitally important info for the election, visit:

There you go again...
You print nothing about the BIAW Rossi lawsuit, yet you print this.

In a couple of weeks you are going to learn that your views are not aligned with the majority of citizens and potential newspaper customers.

Slight misrepresentation
Let's make sure we get the facts correct, especially when we are talking about a site like FactCheck.org.

First, the Annenberg Foundation in Pennsylvania is not the Annenberg Challenge that Obama used to run. Mr. Annenberg gave his money to a number of different institutions that bear his name, like Carnegie or Buffet.

However, that does NOT dismiss the ties between the Obama campaign and FactCheck.org. FactCheck's website is actually hosted by the company run by David Axelrod, Obama's campaign manager.

That's why FactCheck.org's facts have been sorely lacking during this campaign, and one of a number of reasons why this election is being stolen by a Manchurian candidate.

Another MAJOR Lawsuit against Obama!
Chech out:

http://www.ObamaCrimes.com

to see the current lawsuit against Barack Obama, and Obama and the DNC won't even produce a simple birth certificate to end the whole matter!

Obama's birth stirs legal action in Washington
This and other similar articles, have given me enough cause, as an American Citizen, to be extremely concerned and angered because, they have made me question whether or not our MSM has been biased (fair and balanced) in their coverage of the Iraq War, our current economic crisis and, more importantly, this and other Presidential elections.

My concerns are three-fold and are based on the following:

1) after taking the time to conduct my own investigation and/or research to confirm the substance of these articles that, on the surface, may be considered, by some, that seem to have their own hidden agendas, to be outrages and un-true, as a means of educating myself prior to casting my vote for our next President, which I have always taken very seriously as an American Citizen. And, I have discovered that the substance of some of these articles, along with some of their public comments, have turned out to be true, which leads me to believe that they were either, not aggressively researched/investigated and/or purposely kept from the American public by our MSM, as a means of slanting the Iraq War, our economic crisis, and this and prior elections;

2) most Americans either don't take the time or don’t have the time and/or resources to conduct their own research to educate themselves prior to this and other elections and are, thereby, forced to rely solely on the integrity of our MSM to do it for them, not knowing that what they get from our MSM may be false and/or biased; and,

3) if my concerns have MERIT, it leads me and, more than likely, other Americans, along with individuals from other nations around the world, who are closely watching the Iraq War, our economic crisis and our Historic Presidential election, to QUESTION our, supposedly, unbiased (fair and balanced) democratic election process.
A process that our country has historically been preaching and aggressively assisting other nations (e.g. Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.) to adopt, at any cost, and, more importantly, a cause for which millions of our young Americans, as members of our Armed Forces, which I honorably served in for 20 years as a Marine, continue to, proudly and selflessly, help to uphold by honorably serving, fighting and dying for.

BOTTOM LINE: I Hope and Pray that my and other American’s concerns are unfounded and have no merit, which I am now doubting, after reading this and other similar articles that seem to have been glossed over and/or slanted by our MSM, as a means of fulfilling their own hidden agendas.

But, if they HAVE MERIT, which, tragically, the American public, more than likely, won’t even know until after this election is over and done with, I demand that our MSMs (e.g. CBS, ABC, NBC, etc.) do some serious soul searching and have the integrity and fortitude to step up to the plate, without concerning themselves about their ratings, as a means of keeping their jobs, while many other Americans go homeless, and TAKE SOME CREDIT for helping to fuel the current negative ads, racist attacks, anger and fear that is now visibly consuming some of Americans, through their blatantly biased (unfair and unbalanced) coverage of the Iraq War, our economic crisis and this and other Presidential elections. And, if they don’t, which is very likely, all I can say is: ”GOD BLESS AMERICA.”

Michelle O tells African Press Barack WAS adopted by StepFather
She also tells them to write a good story about her husband and then they will be invited to an Obama inauguration ceremony. I guess the African better watch out or else MO will label them as racist too!

FactCheck.org has Obama Ties
You said "The respected FactCheck.org run by the Annenberg Public Policy Center..." Nice editorializing. I suppose you view Factcheck.org as being divinely inspired and inerrant. IF they say so, then you believe so. Well, Obama was on the board of the Annenberg Challenge. The Annenberg PPC and Factcheck.org are wrapped around Obama's pinkie. You might want to find a more credible source for this. Factcheck.org during this campaign has been thoroughly debunked on a number of issues. Perhaps it would be more accurate to call them the "once-respected Factcheck.org".

Annenberg Foundation = FactCheck.org
You might want to amend what you said about FactCheck.org being well-respected (it's not non-partisan). Barack Obama and Bill Ayers (the unrepentent domestic terrorist and now an educator that had Obama pump millions of dollars into schools for the purpose of "radicalization") founded or were involved with the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.

While the original Annenberg (now dead) was a Republican, the fact that this site has special priveledges to two of three different versions of a document that the DNC and Obama refuse to produce in a court of law is suspect.

You're also ignoring the Indonesian citizenship aspect to this story. He was using an Indonesian passport when he visited Pakistan at the age of 20 (which means he was an Indonesian citizen at the age of 20). This means that Lolo Soetoro adopted or acknowledged him. Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenships. Indonesia also didn't allow anyone but Indonesian citizens to attend schools in the country. Barack Obama was registered as "Barry Soetoro" at a school in Indonesia with his citizenship listed as such; thus proving his adoption or acknowledgement by Soetoro.

Obama is only admitting so far that he was born with a dual Kenyan citizenship.

There's also the fact that Obama's paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister claim to have been at the birth in Kenya. Stanley Ann Dunham was indeed in Kenya getting a divorce right before she gave birth. Airlines don't allow extremely pregnant women on planes.

The fact that you readily admit that FactCheck.org is part of the Annenberg Foundation should have raised red flags.
