Read, watch or listen: 3 ways to experience special project

Posted at 1:13 pm by Elaine Helm

Beginning Sunday, The Herald launched a special project by writer Scott North called "A Truth Beyond." The story is being released in chapters, both online and in the newspaper, and for the first time during my tenure here, we're providing several ways to experience the story.

The first is the most traditional for newspapers. Go to a special page for the project, put together by designer Doug Parry, to read each chapter of the story as it is released. The first four chapters are available today.

You can also watch a video presentation that serves as an overview for the series. The video was produced by reporter Krista J. Kapralos and narrated by Scott North, with photos from Kevin Nortz and Herald archives.

Finally, you can subscribe to the podcast feed for the series. Think of it like the book-on-tape version of the story, as read by reporter David Chircop. You can download the audio files to iTunes or to an RSS reader.

I'd love to hear from you if you read, watch or listen to the series. Leave a comment below or send me an e-mail to let me know what you think.
