A man pulled a gun and shot an 18-year-old Lynnwood man who was near the 20800 block of Highway 99, said Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions. The wounded man's back was grazed by a bullet. He was treated and released from an area hospital, Sessions said. The two men apparently know each other, she said. No suspect information was released.
