Runner Jack Larson displayed his easy stride during a warm-up for Saturday's big Northern Division track-and-field tournament at Seattle. The University of Washington sophomore from Arlington was ready to take on Frank Wyatt of Idaho for the sixth time. 25 years ago (1983) Snohomish County PUD was to consolidate four of its facilities to Everett Business Park by July, manager W.G.
