The House of Representatives approved a package of bills dealing with federal properties including one to establish the 106,000-acre Wild Sky Wilderness in eastern Snohomish County. The House approved the Consolidated Natural Resources Act on a 291-117 vote. The Senate previously passed the omnibus bill.
